South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust has a zero tolerance approach to violence and aggression and does not accept any form of aggressive behaviour, including racial abuse, inappropriate behaviour or threatening behaviour towards all staff members, any form of non-compliant behaviour will be pursued through our Violence and Aggression Policy and may lead to a sanction being issued. The Trust works alongside Warwickshire Police and more serious incidents may result in a prosecution.
