Health Professionals provide support and guidance on dementia

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is hosting a free Dementia health talk for families, carers and health care professionals, at The Sydni Centre on Wednesday 11 September.

The talk will be hosted by the Trust’s Head of Nursing and Lead Nurse for Dementia along with the organisations newly appointed Admiral Nurses.

The event will provide the opportunity for health care professionals, carers and family members to increase their knowledge and receive further guidance on dementia.

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust will also showcase, during the event, the exceptional service they provide, and make those affected by dementia aware of the outstanding care and support available to them on the NHS.
