Your opportunity to find out more about Maternity Services at Warwick Hospital

Following the recent changes to Maternity Services at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch, Warwick Hospital are welcoming women from Redditch and the surrounding areas, including Henley-in-Arden, to learn more about their Maternity department.

The event will take place at The Hub @ Henley Community Centre on Thursday 26 May 2016 between 6-8pm. During the meeting attendees will hear from the Deputy Head of Midwifery at Warwick Hospital about the services offered to women. They will also be able to get a better understanding about the process for transferring their care and information on the antenatal clinics we run in Alcester and Bidford.

Refreshments will be provided and there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and discuss their personal circumstances with a member of the maternity team in private.

Wendy Jones, Head of Midwifery said: “This meeting is an opportunity for women who have been affected by the closure of the Alexandra Hospital’s maternity unit to learn more about the options available to them. We want to make the process of transferring their maternity care as easy as possible and make sure all women are informed.”

The event will be held at the Hub @ Henley Community Centre, Stratford Road, Henley-in-Arden, B95 6AF. Spaces are limited so please contact the Membership Office to book a place on free phone 0800 085 2471 or email membership@swft.nhs.uk
