South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust excited to be selected as new provider of family lifestyle services for young people and their families across Coventry
For the last ten months the Trust have been developing a proposal with partners to deliver family lifestyle services in Coventry. We are delighted to announce that Coventry City Council have awarded us a five year contract to deliver these services.

​Organisations across Coventry and Warwickshire are working together to improve the range of services available to local people so they don’t have to be in hospital. We are holding multiple events, open to anyone who wants to come along, where we want to hear more about how we should be looking to work on these services. In particular we will be focusing on wellbeing and how we ensure people live healthier for longer.
