Cobblers Biker Group, in full Christmas get up, brought cheer to patients at the Central England Rehabilitation Unit (CERU) by delivering treats during their annual ‘Christmas present run’ on Sunday 18 December.

Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP)
Plans to transform care for the people of Coventry and Warwickshire were today published (Tuesday 6 December). Each area of the country has been asked to produce a STP which sets out how local health and social care services will be delivered in the future. Coventry and Warwickshire’s Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) sets out a vision for the future of health and care services and focuses on helping people to stay healthier for longer and on providing better care at home or closer to home.

Councillor thanks local NHS Trust for cancer care
Councillor Michael Doody was Chairman of Warwick District Council for 2015/16. He was asked to nominate charities for which he would be able to raise funds during his year of tenure and he chose two that were close to his heart; Prostate Cancer Research and the Urology Unit at Warwick Hospital.
