Parkinson’s disease nurse specialist (PDNS) service

What we do

We provide specialist advice, support and education for patients and their carers who have Parkinson’s disease and related disorders. We provide monitoring of symptom management and medication adjustment. We liaise with, and signpost or refer to, other healthcare professionals, social care support and other agencies as appropriate. We support our patients through home visits, nurse lead clinics and telephone contact as required.

We also provide information and talks to healthcare professionals, carers and other interested parties.
