This website is run by South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. It has been built to be as accessible as possible, meaning it is easy to use and understand for as many visitors as possible. For example, you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts.
  • Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen.
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard.
  • Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software.
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader.
  • Text can be resized through built in website tools, via a 3rd party plugin or via browser resizing options.
  • Care has been taken to ensure colour combinations deliver a contrast that allows visitors to easily read information. Modern browsers also enable custom user stylesheets to be applied.
  • Site uses HTML5 semantic mark-up and therefore performs well when read by screen readers.

We've also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet (opens in new window) has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

Reasonable adjustments

The Trust will make reasonable adjustments to accommodate accessibility requirement on request including the provision of information in alternative formats.

How to provide feedback

We are committed to maintaining and improving the accessibility of our site. We know some parts of the website are not fully accessible:

  • A selection of images are missing alternative text descriptions.

  • Certain pdf documents are not accessible.

If you find any problems not listed above or think we're not meeting accessibility requirements, contact: communications@swft.nhs.uk. Please disclose the relevant page and provide us with as much detail as possible to help us correct the problem.
