The Patient Forum is formed of independent volunteers with considerable wide-ranging experience along with expertise on health and hospital services. They undertake an annual programme of surveys, inspections and research projects. Reports of the findings of all the activities of the Forum are presented to the relevant Trust committees and departments.
The Forum meets every third Monday of each month and also hosts the Community and Hospital Information Exchange Forum (CHIEF) which is held bi-monthly.
