If you would like to join the virtual Foundation Group Public Boards Meeting, please email the Foundation Group EA, chelsea.ireland@nhs.net by 10am on Monday 4^th August 2025 to register. You will then be sent a diary invitation to access the meeting. We will also be recording the Public Meeting and publishing this on each Trust website for full transparency. If you would like to raise a question at the Boards meeting, we ask that you submit these prior to the meeting to chelsea.ireland@nhs.net by 10am on Monday 4^th August 2025. 

It may not be possible to answer your question verbally within the meeting. In this case, a response may be sent to you separately by email. If the response is complex, it may be necessary to treat your question as a Freedom of Information (FOI) request to ensure that you receive a response within statutory timescales.
