After initial 3 days of free parking, we can authorise another 3 days upon request from Ward staff. This request is via email to Hotel.Services@swft.nhs.uk.
After 6 days of EOL free car parking – relatives must pay at the machine for duration of stay.
It is the responsibility of the staff looking after the patient to complete this form.
Car Parking will not be refunded for late submission of this form.
Our office open hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00.
Submission over the weekend will be actioned on the Monday.
