If you are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, e.g. fever, loss of taste or continuous new cough, please DO NOT attend for a blood test.
All blood test clinics and waiting areas have been adapted so that appropriate social distancing can be maintained. Please wear a mask when you attend for a blood test.
Please bring a current blood test request form with you. If you do not have one, please contact your hospital consultant or GP and they will post one to you. Unfortunately, your blood test will need to be rescheduled if you do not have a blood request form when you come to a Blood Test clinic.

If you cannot book an appointment online, family and friends may be able to help. Booking online is the quickest way to make an appointment. If this is not possible, there is a telephone line for those who cannot book online, please call 02476 153546 between 12:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
