The Centre is also home to the Lomas Suite which provides space for small conferences, meetings and events and Café Lomas, where you can take time to enjoy some refreshments from our range of hot and cold drinks and healthy snacks.

Our aim is to help you to help yourselves live a healthy life. We all know how a good diet can help and eating our 5 a day can will keep our bodies fit and healthy.

5 A Day

5 Ways to Wellbeing - a great way to remind ourselves, every day, what we can do to look after our emotional wellbeing and mental health.

Connect - building connections and social networks is important for our wellbeing. We need to connect with those around us; family, friendsand neighbours. At home, school or in our local communities, building connections supports us all.

Keep Learning - find time for you and do something you enjoy, either with a friend or meet some new ones. We are all busy but taking time to do something just for fun, can help to recharge your batteries.

Be Active - get moving, it really can make you feel good! Pick something that you enjoy, even better if you can do an activity outdoors.

Give - doing something nice for a friend, thanking someone, smiling more or volunteering.....any act of kindness, whether big or small can help to make us feel happier and more satisfied about life.

Take Notice - be more aware of the world around you and what you are feeling. Just pausing regularly to really take notice can be both relaxing and calming. Whether walking to school, eating lunch or talking to friends, stop and take notice.
