The ground floor includes:

• Health and Well Being Information Centre is a community space with Stratford Hospital, providing information and advice on a range of health and wellbeing services in Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding areas. The Centre is also home to The Lomas Suite which provides meeting space for small conferences, meetings and events and Café Lomas, providing a range of hot and cold drinks and healthy snacks.

The first floor is an Ophthalmology Unit with outpatient consulting rooms, treatment rooms and associated investigation rooms.

The top floor contains the Rigby Unit devoted to cancer services, including chemotherapy.

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust have joined with Macmillan Cancer Support to create The Macmillan Information and Support Centre which sits within the Rigby cancer unit. There is a tranquil seating area, a dedicated information point, a private room and a space for complementary therapies.
