Online Clinical Wellbeing Session - Hospital at Home

We are planning a series of online clinical wellbeing sessions which will focus on topics which our Members have told us are important to them.
The next session will be on 'hospital at home' including the work done in patients' homes around prevention. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
