Through the Neighbourhood Health Investment Fund, £600,000 is available to support multiple innovative projects that improve community-based, preventative care and reduce demand on hospitals.

Aligned to Warwickshire's Integrated Neighbourhoods, we encourage collaborative bids across teams, organisations and sectors that focus on one or more of the Warwickshire Care Collaborative's priority groups:

  • End of life and palliative care
  • Children aged 0-5
  • People at risk of frailty
  • Older people living with frailty
  • Lifestyle risk groups

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to present their proposal at a Dragon's Den-style panel event, where funding will be awarded to successful projects.
