Patient thanks his “Angels”

The Aylesford Unit at Warwick Hospital has received a generous donation from a grateful patient. Jamie Fathers from Leamington has been so impressed with his care that he has donated £500 to the specialist cancer unit.

Jamie is keen to share his experiences: “The care and attention I have received over the last three years from "The Aylesford Angels" has been nothing short of phenomenal. I hope my donation will be very useful for the unit to use towards specialist equipment.”

Carole Connor, Nurse Consultant praised the gesture: “Jamie’s donation will make a real difference to the unit and we are extremely thankful for his support. The money will hopefully allow us to achieve even more positive outcomes for our patients.”
