Family Health and Lifestyles Services recognised in Coventry awards
On Wednesday 29 July the Coventry Health and Wellbeing Awards took place as a virtual ceremony. Teams from South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust’s Family Health and Lifestyles Services were shortlisted a staggering 8 times, with their Coventry School Nursing Team scooping the prize for Innovator of the Year and their Infant Feeding and Stop Smoking in Pregnancy teams being highly commended in Digital Innovation. The Together We Can group and Sandra Curran was also highly commended for work done jointly with the SEND service, supporting children with their development.

STRATFORD MINOR INJURIES UNIT TEMPORARILY CLOSES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
From Monday 6 April 2020, the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at Stratford Hospital will be temporarily closed in order to redeploy staff to help combat the current pressures surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
