| Baldish Singh, working in IHT4, had just left a patient's property after conducting a community visit and saw a member of the public who was visibly struggling on the side of the road. Without hesitation, Bal came to aid at the roadside, providing necessary observations and taking quick action by calling for an ambulance. The caller was deeply touched by Bal's immediate response and assistance, and she couldn't thank Bal enough for her support during that challenging moment. |

| Coventry Health Visiting and Infant Feeding Team celebrated being awarded the prestigious UNICEF Baby Friendly Achieving Sustainability Gold standard Award, the highest accolade to be achieved in Infant feeding services. They have also recently hosted a visit with the Rt hon Dame Andrea Leadsome, who visited Coventry family hubs to see the work they are doing with the Start for Life and family hub programme |
