Appointment only blood tests
Blood tests at Warwick and Stratford Hospitals are by appointment. These should be booked for adults and children aged 12-15 years using the links below:
Walk-in blood testing service
This is available for 17+ is available at the Ellen Badger Medical Unit (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm) in Shipston-on-Stour, making it easier and more convenient for patients to access routine blood tests. No appointment needed, just walk in!
Reminder for all blood tests
Please bring a current blood test request form with you. If you do not have one, please contact your hospital consultant or GP and they will post one to you.
Unfortunately, your blood test will need to be rescheduled if you do not have a blood request form when you come to a Blood Test clinic.
The Children's Phlebotomy Team are currently based in MacGregor Ward at Warwick Hospital.

If you cannot book an appointment online or do a walk-in at Ellen Badger Medical Unit, family and friends may be able to help. If this is not possible, please call 02476 153546 between 12:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
If you have an appointment and cannot attend, please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment so someone else can use the time slot.
