The South Warwickshire Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) located at Stratford Hospital is a key development in our aim to deliver faster, more accessible diagnostic services for patients.

The South Warwickshire CDC is part of a national programme to transform diagnostic services by offering a wide range of elective tests outside of hospital settings.

The CDC offers MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and mammography under one roof, the centre is helping to reduce hospital pressures and cut waiting times. It gives our patients quicker access in a calmer, more convenient setting.

Diagnostic services will be available from June 2025, following a phased timeline:

  • Mammography Go Live: Monday 9 June 2025
  • Ultrasound Go Live: Monday 16 June 2025
  • Respiratory Go Live: Monday 23 June 2025
  • Cardiology Go Live: Monday 23 June 2025
  • CT Go Live: Monday 14 July 2025
