The Specialist Tissue Viability service delivers specialist wound assessment and advice for patients aged 18 and over with an open wound who are under a Place based Team caseload or an inpatient at one of community hospital settings.

All patients must be registered to a Warwickshire GP and under a place-based team caseload.

Generic telephone advice can be sought for patients who fall outside of these criteria.
